The building materials and architectural design on all of the villas is to a high standard. Solid Sardinian
granite is used on the outer facers, window ledges and large roman style window arches.
All properties
are built on a single level and feature a fully fitted open fireplace in the living room and outdoor
barbeque area. The terraces and flooring throughout each property is finished to a very high standard
using highly qualified Italian tradesman.
Each property has two terraces to the front of the property. One of which has a covered canopy made from a
beautiful solid oak frame that is suspended on top of the granite columns wrapping round the barbeque chimney.
All villas have an outdoor staircase leading to an open air solarium sufficient in size to house sun beds or
outdoor furniture. Integrated lighting is built-in on the staircase solarium walls. The solarium area also
features a TV aerial connector and power sockets
The entrance and pathway to each villa which is normally to the side or rear of the property is finished with
granite fanciers with two granite columns and solid oak canopy.
Each villa is designed with large granite arches and facers, all of which are built by hand using
traditional Sardinian masonry techniques ensuring a natural and individual look to each of the
properties.
The thick walls are constructed using an outer granite facer cemented to a thick inner wall.
Prior to the granite facer the inner wall is covered with water resistant compound to ensure the
structure is watertight.
Solid Sardinian granite window ledges are used as standard throughout each villa. As shown in the
photo the depth of the window ledge exceeds 40cm to cover the main inner wall and outer granite
facer as described above.
