Villa Monica is finished to a very high standard the large open plan ground floor combines a large living room, dining room and full service kitchen with breakfast bar. Also located on the ground floor is a shower room with toilet and a seperate double bedroom.

The kitchen has a 5-ring gas hob, electric oven, dishwasher, huge American style fridge with ice machine, kettle and toaster. A washing machine is also available in the utility room. The kitchens large marble work surfaces are ideal for the gourmet cook and hosts a small breakfast bar .
The large dining room table can easily seat eight guests, which is located near to the sliding doors which overlooks the covered terrace and pool area.
In the lounge are two comfortable leather sofas that are ideal to watch the large flat screen TV that has a DVD player.
The beautiful curved staircase takes you to the upper floor, which has a further shower room, twin room. Double room with small balcony and master double bedroom with en-suite jacuzzi bathroom. The master bedroom also has a flat screen TV and overlooks the upper balcony, pool area and natural lake.
To maximise your enjoyment of the Sardinian sunshine the rear of the Villa is a large covered patio which runs the full length of the property and links the villa to the huge 13m x 6m kidney shaped swimming pool, outdoor dining area and very large gas powered barbeque. The garden and pool lights enable you dine al fresco until the early hours.
