Villa Mare can comfortably sleep five guest in the three bedrooms (1 Double room, 1 Twin room and a Single room). The double room has a large double window to the front of the property with great views overlooking the swimming pool and sea. The upper level also has a shower room and toilet.
The first floor of the property is accessible by double doors leading from the pool and terrace area into an open plan living room (with a real fire place), kitchen and separated breakfast bar. The kitchen offers basic cooking facilities and houses a dish washer. A separate laundry room adjacent to the kitchen houses the washing machine. The side of the property which is accessible from the kitchen or pool area there is a large outdoor BBQ area and dining area which is ideal for relaxing evening meals.
The properties gated private entrance is only a 5 of minutes walk down to the sea. Villa Mare is situated only 15 minutes drive south from Alghero town and is an easy drive.
