Villa Luna is ideal for families, couples or friends looking for a tranquil and relaxing holiday. Built on a single level, the villa is spacious, extremely light and furnished to a very high standard.
The villa has 3 beautiful double bedrooms, one of which has an en-suite. The other two bedrooms have use of the two bathrooms one which is fitted with a hydro-massage bath.
The fully equipped kitchen contains fridge/freezer, four ring stove, hob, oven, dishwasher and washing-machine, and a table around which 8 people can easily be seated.
The lounge area is perfect for relaxing with its comfortable sofas, satellite-TV, CD-player and radio.
Located separately from the main villa but only a few yards away is a cosy smaller house suited for two people. This additional accommodation contains one double bedroom, a small bathroom and fireplace. It is an ideal way of accommodating friends or extra family members who need a little privacy.
Both the villa and the small accommodation have air-conditioning, which can be used for heating in winter and to keep the houses cooler in summer.
The property is surrounded by large landscaped gardens with old pine and olive trees where you will be happy to find a gorgeous refreshing private pool with comfortable deck chairs and parasols.
The fresh water swimming pool has a depth 2,70 metres at its deepest point. To maximise the out door living there is a complete BBQ area and a covered terrace (pergola) for warm summer evenings and outdoor dining.
