Villa Enrico is located just 1.5km from the centre of Alghero and 1.5km from the beaches. The property is close to local shops (800m) and only 8km from Alghero\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\'s airport.
Situated within 20 acres of private grounds surrounded by a vast array of olive and fruit trees is the gated entrance to the villa. As you pass through the automatic gates your are lead to the elevated patio area, which houses a large outdoor dining table and gas powered BBQ all of which is nicely shaded by the overhead gazebo. The patio dining and entertainment area is adjacent to the large fresh water 12m x 6m swimming pool. The pool area also has a number of reclining sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. The gardens, pool and dining area are illuminated in the evening making it perfect for outdoor evening dining.
To the front of the villa is a nice covered seating area which over looks the garden and pool area.
On entering the first floor is a large living room with a large flat screen TV, DVD player and digital terrestrial decoder & the dining area.
A double bedroom which is situated between the lounge and the downstair WC/shower room & another double/twin from the kitchen area.
The first floor also has a kitchen which is fully fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine.
The kitchen leads out onto the rear patio of the villa which has a second stone built BBQ.
On the second floor is a further three bedrooms (a double room, a queen and one twin room) as well as the master bathroom with bath and W.C.
