Villa Enrico is located just 1.5km from the centre of Alghero and 1.5km from the beaches. The property is close to local shops (800m) and only 8km from Alghero's airport. The villa is also within walking distance from an excellent new Agriturismo where you can savour traditional Sardinian organic cuisine.
Situated within 20 acres of private grounds surrounded by a vast array of olive and fruit trees is the gated entrance to the villa. As you pass through the automatic gates your are lead to the elevated patio area, which houses a large outdoor dining table and gas powered BBQ all of which is nicely shaded by the overhead gazebo. The patio dining and entertainment area is adjacent to the large fresh water 12m x 6m swimming pool. The pool area also has a number of reclining sun loungers for relaxing in the sunshine. The gardens, pool and dining area are illuminated in the evening making it perfect for outdoor evening dining.
To the front of the villa is a nice covered seating area which over looks the garden and pool area. On entering the first floor is a large living room with has a large flat screen TV, DVD player and digital terrestrial decoder. New to the property in 2008 is a brand new double bedroom which is situated between the lounge and the downstair WC. The first floor also has a large kitchen and dinning area which is fully fitted with hob, oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dish washer and washing machine. The kitchen leads out onto the rear patio of the villa which has a second stone built BBQ.
On the second floor is a further three bedrooms (a double room and two twin rooms) as well as the master bathroom and W.C. Villa Enrico comfortably accommodates up to eight guests in the four bedrooms with air conditioning and plenty of space both inside and outside of the villa.
