A wonderful cool & airy town house on 3 levels in the relaxed village of Maristella only minutes from Alghero & minutes from the stunning sandy beaches of Porto Conte.
As you enter the property you are greeted with a wonderful lounge area that is open, bright & airy with plenty of seating this then leads onto the kitchen that has all the nessesary apliances for easy holiday living.
In this area there is a downstairs toilet
The dining room has the full view into the garden & BBQ area.
The garden has a wood burning BBQ for great alfresco dining as well as large open plan dining & lounge area in the house:
The internal staircase leads up to the 3 bedrooms in the main house & a family bathroom with bath & shower. The lower apartment with 2 bedrooms, kitchenette, sitting area & bathroom This accomodation is accessed from the outside of the main house: as this section is independent ( below) the main house, it makes the property have the flexibility for 10 people to stay together comfortably.....(togther but not together...... Large comunal areas for all to sit and eat together
A great base to investigate the wonderful tranquil beaches of Porto Conte, Migorni & Porto Ferro (for the surfers)
The village of Maristella is still very safe for children as they still play in the streets.
