The villa is located on the west coast of Sardinia, about three miles from the charming old town of Alghero, surrounded by a centuries-old olive grove. Almond and plum trees, oleander and a fabulous citrus garden decorated with the green surroundings and give the holiday guest space, rest and relaxation.
The property is available as a whole Manor House that sleeps 12 with the attached dependance.
The Manor house alone sleeps 7 with 2 bathrooms & a main kitchen and lounge area that leads to the walled garden.
The Manor house has the main door and entrance to the original house, this leads directly to a lobby and main shower room with laundry area.
The corridor leads to the newly fitted kitchen with dishwasher, fridge freezer, 4 ring gas hob and electric fan oven.
The kitchen has plenty of storage and utensils for cooking , also there is a small table and chair. Located on this area is the 1st bedroom that can be a twin or a double.
The lower living are has 3 bedrooms a single and a double(that can be a twin or triple) and a queen, there are has two access ways to the general gardens and the walled garden.
The internal staircase leads to the upper room with the master suite and bathroom, with also has its own additionally lounge area( which can house a single if needed or cot) with 3 way access to the surround terrace and sea views
The dependance has 2 bedrooms & a shower room but also has an independent kitchen & living room area that is connected with an internal door
The location of the house is an ideal base for exploring the city, the beautiful white or rocky beaches or into the varied and rich cultural heartland of the island.
