AlgheroEstates.com website is a trading name of AE Limited with registered offices at Middlesex House, Stevenage, Hertfordshire, United Kingdom. Booking requirements To confirm a booking for any of Alghero Estates rental accommodation requires the following information:
Once the above information is received Alghero Estates will send you a booking confirmation via email, which will contain your booking details and receipt for the deposit and/or balance of funds paid. Alghero Estates are unable to confirm your booking until you complete the forms on our online booking system and payment of your deposit has been received. Reserving a property You reserve a property for your preferred holiday dates by completing the property enquiry form on our website. Full details of the booking process can be found on the How to Book page. Once you receive your reservation link for your booking we will hold your requested reservation dates for a maximum of 5 working days to give you chance to pay the advance deposit. Once your deposit is received your dates will be blocked until the final payment is due. Alghero Estates will always send an email prior to cancelling a reservation request. Rental price Prices shown on the Algheroestates.com website is the total price charged to the customer and is inclusive of VAT. The prices shown is for the cost of the rental accommodation as detailed in the property description and includes bed linen and bathroom towels. The price excludes insurance, flights, hire cars and transportation to and from the arrival/departure point on the island (airport/port/etc) to or from the address of the rental property. All properties are rented on a self-catering basis. Refund and deposit policy A deposit of 30% of the total cost of the stay will be required at the time of booking. The balance is required 15 days prior to your arrival. In the event of a cancellation by the customer the deposit will not be refunded. In the unlikely circumstance where Alghero Estates cancels your booking we will contact you via email and/or telephone to notify you. Alghero Estates will do it's utmost to find a suitable alternative accommodation. However if this is not possible the customer will be immediately refunded 100% of the funds received at the time of cancellation.

Transaction fees
Rental payments which are paid via credit card are subject to a 4% transaction fee. Payments made via bank transfer are not subject to any transaction fee from Alghero Estates. Arrival and departure times Our standard arrival checkin time is 18:00 (6pm) and standard departure time is at 10:00 (10am). Depending on the time of season and number of reservations at your chosen rental accommodation these times maybe flexible. So please discuss this with us at the time of booking. If you wish to change your booking If after our booking confirmation email has been issued you wish to change any part of the confirmed booking, we will do our utmost to help but this cannot be guaranteed and may result in an additional charge. Guest allowance Alghero Estates operates a strict policy on the number of guests that can stay in a specific property. It maybe possible to add additional guests to the booking but this is dependent on the rental property. Adding guest will incur an additional charge per person and changes must be requested within 36 hours of your arrival time. In the event that customers arrive with additional guests without previously notifying Alghero Estates or in the event Alghero Estates has rejected a guest change request, the booking will be immediately cancelled with zero refund. Taxi pre-booking service Alghero Estates offers clients (not hiring a rental car) the option to pre book a Taxi from the airport directly to the rental accommodation. This service ensures a licensed Taxi driver is waiting for you on your arrival at the Airport terminal and avoids long queues at the Taxi rank. You can pre book a Taxi via our online booking system at the time you pay your deposit. Alghero Estates does not charge for this pre booking service and you pay the Taxi driver the fair on arrival at your accommodation.
